THALF was born from a desire to strip away artificial excess and restore chocolate to its most honest, comforting state. We believed sweets shouldn’t overwhelm your senses with cloying sugar, but instead whisper notes of roasted cocoa, nutty crunch, and smooth cream.

Handcrafted in Kerala in strictly small batches, each creation pairs single-origin cocoa with hand-selected roasted almonds, toasted cashews, and delicate Middle-Eastern kunafa. We take no shortcuts, use no hydrogenated palm oils, and chill every batch with meticulous patience.
